"This 2015 Blanc de Blancs spent 9 years on the lees before disgorgement. Salted lemon rind and kumquat zest combine with diatomaceous earth and green apple accents on the nose. The palate is refined and elegant with serious verve and texture. This comes off very weightless, with outstanding length. Enjoy this beautiful wine now and over the next decade."
Michel Foch 2015 Vintage Blanc de Blancs is a celebration of time, tradition, and terroir. Vintage Champagnes are produced exclusively in exceptional years. This Champagne is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the chalky soils of the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs—two of the most revered crus in Champagne. Aged for nine years en tirage, it reflects the meticulous méthode champenoise process, where every step is designed to create complexity and elegance.
