Yes, bottles may be purchased onsite. Availability for enjoying a bottle during your visit depends on space and local regulations — please ask your host.

Guests must be 21+ to participate in tastings. Minors may be permitted in limited areas; please inquire in advance.
We strive to accommodate all guests. Please contact us in advance so we can ensure the best possible experience. WALT Oxbow has an outdoor elevator for guests who cannot use stairs. Both WALT Sonoma and WALT BACA Healdsburg have ramps into the tasting room.
Yes, reservations are recommended to ensure availability and allow us to prepare your Member benefits.

You may modify or cancel your reservation through your confirmation email or by contacting the tasting room directly. Advance notice is appreciated.
Membership
There is no cost to join. Membership quarterly allocations for 2-bottles average $165, 4-bottles average at $330, and 6-bottles average at $495. More information can be found here.
Club allocations typically ship in February, April, September, and November. These dates are weather permitting.
Yes! You may pick up your allocation at WALT Oxbow, WALT Sonoma, WALT BACA Healdsburg, and HALL Palm Springs Tasting Room. Please call the tasting room to confirm.
Yes! We only ask that you keep half of the allocated bottles in your shipment. For example, if you are a 2-bottle club Member, we ask that you take one of the two selected.
Shipping rates are based on bottle count and are outlined below:
2 bottles – $25
4 bottles – $28
6 or more bottles – $5 flat-rate shipping
We recommend building your allocation to six bottles to enjoy our preferred member shipping rate.
There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your Membership at any time without penalty.
You may skip one allocation per year to maintain member status & benefits. You can also place your membership on pause for up to a year, which will suspend benefits until your membership is resumed. You may resume your membership at any time if circumstances change.

Our wines are available for direct shipping within the United States. Due to compliance laws, we are unable to ship to the following states: AK, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, IL, IA, KS, LA, MD, ME, MI, MS, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SD, TX, UT, WI. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after processing. During extreme high or low temperatures, we may temporarily hold your order from shipping to protect it from becoming damaged in transit.
Orders are shipped via FedEx.
Most orders placed with Standard shipping will arrive in less than 4 business days—often sooner depending on the delivery destination. We utilize two fulfillment houses—one in Napa County and one outside of Kansas City, MO—to reduce the amount of time your wine spends in transit.
Orders placed with Priority Shipping are delivered one day after FedEx picks them up from our warehouse. Please note: Priority Shipping orders are only picked up Mondays through Thursdays.
Once FedEx scans your order into their system, we will automatically send you an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Yes! Online orders may be picked up at any of our WALT, BACA, and HALL Palm Springs tasting rooms by selecting “pickup” during the checkout process. Some exclusions may apply (library wines, merchandise, and some limited production wines may be unavailable for pickup).
All alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) signature. We recommend shipping to a business address, or if you will be unavailable for delivery, rerouting to a FedEx hold location for pickup at your convenience. Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to manage your wine delivery.
FedEx will re-attempt delivery the following day (up to three attempts), at which point the package will be held for pickup at a local FedEx facility for up to 5 business days before being returned to us. Please refer to the door tag left by FedEx for specific instructions.
FedEx will return your package to us and we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.

Contact us and we will replace damaged or corked bottles that were purchased directly from the winery within one year of purchase. Please note we are unable to replace damaged or corked bottles that were purchased at wine shops or other retailers.
