Our Blue Jay is sourced from a unique set of vineyards from 'The Corner' of Anderson Valley - located in the hills to the East of Boonville. Both of our estate properties have steep hillsides, aspect, and light gravelly soils that combine to create optimal ripening conditions. These very rugged vineyard sites continuously produce fruit of great depth and character.

The 2023 'Blue Jay' Pinot Noir is rich with aromas of dark cherry, briary fruits, and loamy earth. The smooth, silky palate gains extra depth from the inclusion of roasted stems during fermentation, enhancing the structural tension and spice notes of the wine. Dark fruit flavors lead to a finish graced with notes of licorice, clove, and black tea.

Our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is comprised of fruit sourced primarily from the Bob's Ranch Vineyard, as well as the Sangiacomo Vineyard. Bob’s Ranch Vineyard is characterized by its proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Coastal breezes along with low rolling hills and morning fog define this cool climate. The Sangiacomo Vineyard is a certified sustainable vineyard, first planted in 1969. The block we source from is entirely "Old Wente" field selection. The proximity to the Pacific Ocean and San Pablo Bay makes this site ideal for growing Chardonnay.

The 2023 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay reveals expressive aromas of Meyer lemon, chamomile, and a hint of beeswax. The palate is silky and precise, unfolding with layers of citrus curd, baked apple, and toasted almond. A vibrant thread of acidity carries through the finish, leaving a lasting impression of coastal minerality and finesse.
